The Rowlett Citizen Corps Council
(RCCC) is dedicated to promoting
disaster preparedness and volunteerism in our community. We
sponsor a number of volunteer programs that directly support the City of
Rowlett, reach out to youth, and enhance our Emergency Management Surge
