The RCCC depends on a combination of contributions from private, corporate, foundation and Federal funding sources to operate and promote our disaster preparedness and family safety mission.  RCCC has no employees, completely relying on the generosity of dedicated citizens volunteering their time and effort to accomplish our mission.

The RCCC organized on March 1, 2003 and was granted a Certificate of Incorporation on April 12, 2003.  The RCCC is organized under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act, is approved as a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization, and is a tax exempt certification in the State of Texas.  RCCC is registered with DHS and the Texas Association of Regional Councils as a Citizen Corps Council.
